Inventor biography

Dr. Dy is a postdoc and the lab manager of the HKUST- APEL Joint Lab. Her experience in the design, fabrication, and field testing of pulsed electric field (PEF) tap water disinfection prototypes, brought her involvement in the HiNW-AI project.
